Refund Policy
Studio Chlo Photography
At Studio Chlo Photography, time, preparation, and creative planning are carefully dedicated to each booking. Please review the following refund policy before confirming your session.
1. Deposits
All booking deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your session date and cover preparation, scheduling, and reserved booking time.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice where possible.
Deposits may be transferred to a new session date at Studio Chlo Photography’s discretion.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made after booking confirmation are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.
If full payment has already been made, partial refunds may be considered depending on notice provided and work already completed.
4. No Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
5. Digital Products & Delivered Images
Due to the nature of digital photography services, refunds are not available once images have been delivered.
This includes:
edited galleries
digital downloads
completed photography sessions
6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
If a session cannot proceed due to severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, Studio Chlo Photography may offer rescheduling options where possible.
7. Service Satisfaction
Studio Chlo Photography strives to provide a professional and high-quality experience. Concerns regarding your session should be communicated promptly so reasonable efforts can be made to address them.
Refunds will not be provided due to personal preference regarding poses, expressions, weather conditions, outfit choices, or subjective artistic style when the delivered work aligns with Studio Chlo Photography’s portfolio style.
