Deposits
Photography deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact Studio Chlo as soon as possible. Transfers to another date may be offered at our discretion.
Completed Sessions
Refunds are not available once photography services have been provided or digital images have been delivered.
Boutique Purchases
Change of Mind
Studio Chlo does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Where appropriate, a replacement, exchange or refund may be offered.
Colour Variations
Colours may appear differently across screens and devices and do not constitute a fault.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
