Studio Chlo Photography

By booking a session with Studio Chlo Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are listed in AUD and may be updated at any time without notice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice where possible.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new booking date at Studio Chlo’s discretion.

In the event of unsuitable weather or unforeseen circumstances, Studio Chlo Photography may reschedule the session to a mutually suitable date.

3. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may reduce the overall session time.

If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled.

4. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery.

Editing turnaround times may vary depending on session type and workload.

RAW/unedited images are not included unless otherwise agreed.

5. Editing Style

By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept Studio Chlo Photography’s editing style and creative approach.

Additional editing requests may incur extra fees.

6. Usage Rights

Studio Chlo Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

Clients may use delivered images for personal use and sharing on social media with appropriate credit where possible.

Images may not be edited, altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Studio Chlo Photography may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and ensuring all required permissions for locations or venues have been obtained where necessary.

Studio Chlo Photography is not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, venue restrictions, weather, or lack of cooperation from participants.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, Studio Chlo Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including equipment failure, illness, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
